About

Mental health therapist. Mental health counselor. Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Hello! My name is Maria DeGaetano, and I am the owner of One Eighty Counseling Services, LLC.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  I knew from an early age that I wanted to help others.  I chose to study Social Work because the core values of social justice, integrity, and importance of human relationships spoke to me.  I have a diverse background with 20 years of experience that enables me to support all walks of life.

I specialize in providing individual counseling for adults that are dealing with depression and anxiety symptoms, divorce, grief and loss issues, and domestic violence.

My style is relaxed and warm.  I use a direct, solution focused approach that brings out your strengths.  I am not your traditional “how does that make you feel” type of therapist.  Instead, I give you real, simple, practical ways to start to work through the difficulties you have or are experiencing.  My hope is that after each session you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Thank you for finding One Eighty Counseling Services! I look forward to working with you!

You can reach Maria at 180counseling@protonmail.com

Hello! My name is Abbey Gingrich and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.

I specialize in working with individuals and families and have extensive expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and PNES. I have also worked with those affected by trauma, and mood and personality disorders. I can help with navigating these symptoms and improving the relationship with yourself and others.

I have had a variety of experiences in my 22 years as a clinician. I have worked with all ages, but have specialized in working with adolescents and families most recently. I provide a safe space for you/your family to work through your challenges, problem solve, and identify ways to make the changes necessary for a better way of life.

I would love to meet you and help in any way I can!

Hello! My name is Kirsten Baehr, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the fields of mental health and addiction since 2008, and have done everything from community-based care to inpatient; school-based to intensive. Along with my experience with addiction, I also do work in trauma, LGBTQIA+, anxiety management, and self-regulation from a recovery-focused model. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults doing both group and individual therapy. I take a great deal of pride in helping others see their potential, as well as what they can achieve in their growth and healing journey.

I view challenging, hurtful, and traumatic life experiences similar to when someone has a splinter. It’s one thing when the splinter is found and removed, but it takes care to ensure the wound is fully clean for it to heal. I use a variety of CBT, ACT, DBT, and creative therapies to complement my primarily solution-focused approach.

If you would like to learn more about me, as well how I support others in therapy, please do not hesitate to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you soon! You can reach Kirsten at Kirsten.Baehr@protonmail.com
